Schedules and call sheets
Four schedule views (timeline, Gantt, calendar, stripboard) and call sheets that generate from your data.
The Schedule tab gives you four ways to view your production timeline: a linear timeline, a Gantt chart, a calendar view, and a stripboard (the traditional format used in film production to arrange scenes by shooting order).
Call sheets are generated from your schedule, crew list, and location data. You set the call time, add any special notes, and send it out. Crew members receive a link where they can confirm attendance without needing a Telova account. Confirmations are tracked so you know who's acknowledged and who hasn't.
After each shoot day, the Daily Production Report captures what actually happened: first shot time, last shot time, scenes completed, footage shot, equipment issues, and any incidents. This feeds into the project's production history and budget tracking.
