Video not playing in the browser
If your video shows a black screen or loading spinner, try these steps.

If a video isn't playing in the browser, the most common cause is that the proxy hasn't finished generating. Check the asset detail, if it says "Processing" or "Pending," wait a minute and refresh. Proxy generation typically takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on file size.
If the proxy status shows "Ready" but the video still won't play, try a different browser. Chrome and Firefox have the best compatibility with the proxy formats Telova generates.
Very large files (over 10 GB) may take longer to process. If an asset has been stuck in "Processing" for more than 10 minutes, try deleting it and re-uploading.
