Getting started
Creating your workspace
A workspace is where your team and all your projects live. You create one during signup.
When you sign up for Telova, you're asked to create a workspace. This is the container for everything your team does, every project, every asset, every team member. If you're a production company, your workspace is your company. If you're a freelancer, it's just you.
Give it a name, and you're in. You can change the name later in Settings. You can also upload a logo and set brand colours under Settings > Branding, which will appear on client-facing pages like review links and delivery portals.
Workspace vs project
A workspace contains many projects. Think of the workspace as your company and each project as a job. Team members are invited at the workspace level and then assigned to specific projects. This means you invite someone once, not once per project.
Who can create a workspace?
Anyone with a Telova account. The person who creates the workspace becomes its first Creator, which is the admin role. You can have multiple Creators in a workspace.
