Advancing and rolling back stages
Move your project forward when the work is ready. Roll back if something needs revisiting.
To advance a project to the next stage, go to the project overview and click the stage advancement button. Telova will run gate checks to see if key items are complete. If something is missing (brief not approved, budget not locked, key crew not confirmed), you'll see a warning. You can override it and advance anyway, but the warning is there because these are the things that tend to cause problems later.
Rolling back works the same way. If you've moved to Production but realise the script needs another pass, you can roll back to Pre-production. You'll be asked for a reason, which gets logged in the activity feed so the team knows why the stage changed.
All stage changes are tracked in the project's activity log and team members get notified.
