Inviting your team
Add team members from People in the sidebar. Choose their role and what they can see.
Go to People in the sidebar, then click Invite. Enter their email address and choose a role.
Roles explained
Creator is the admin role. Creators can manage billing, invite members, delete projects, and see everything. You probably want one or two of these per workspace.
Contributor is for the people doing the work. Editors, designers, DPs, production assistants. Contributors are always free, they don't count toward your creator seat limit. They can upload assets, update tasks, leave comments, and work within the projects they're assigned to.
Viewer is read-only. Good for executives or stakeholders who need to see progress without changing anything.
External reviewers don't need accounts
When you send something for review, the reviewer gets a link and a 6-digit PIN. They can watch the video, leave timecoded comments, draw annotations on frames, and submit a decision without ever creating a Telova account. This is intentional. Reviewers should never hit a signup wall.
