Review link not working for the reviewer
If a reviewer can't access their review link, check the PIN and link expiry.

The reviewer needs both the link and the 6-digit PIN that was sent to their email. If they're entering the wrong PIN, you can resend the review from the Reviews section in the project, which generates a new PIN.
If the review link has expired (some links have expiry dates), create a new review for the same asset and resend.
Some corporate networks block access to external review links. If the reviewer is on a corporate network, ask them to try from a personal device or check with their IT department.
