File upload failing or stuck
Uploads can fail due to network issues, file size, or storage limits.

If an upload fails partway through, check your internet connection first. Large files need a stable connection for the duration of the upload.
If you're getting a "storage limit" error, your workspace has used its allocated storage. Check Settings > Storage to see your usage and consider upgrading your plan or cleaning up old assets.
File size limit per upload is determined by your plan. If you're on the free tier and trying to upload a large video file, you may need to compress it first or upgrade to a paid plan.
